Returns

At Le Kitchen, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • Certain items, including perishable goods, customized products, or items marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at lekitchen@contact.us with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lekitchen@contact.us. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. To request an exchange, please contact us at lekitchen@contact.us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Perishable goods

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products that have been used or opened where hygiene or safety regulations apply

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return procedure.
